Takaree “Mookie” Allen of Newport News, VA was born Wednesday, September 11, 2002. He was taken from this world on Monday, September 12, 2022. He is survived by his mother, Tia Allen; siblings, Tyrek Allen, Tiara Allen, Shanice Manley and Noah Cooper; son Takaree; grandparents, Karen Allen and Rebecca Moore; and a host of family and friends. Those who knew Mookie knew that he had a big heart. He loved and would do anything for his family. He was talented and involved in the hip hop community where he was known as Lil Rek, in honor of his older brother. As we mourn his life gone too soon, we ask for any donations to help us send him to his eternal home.
