As many of you know our father Jerry has been called by the lord. He departed this world on
March 23th at 8:30 pm. We are deeply saddened by the loss of our Father who touched the lives
of so many. During this difficult time, we aim to honor his memory and provide support to their
family by helping with the financial burden of funeral expenses.
Jerry was a proud alumni of the Henryetta Fighting Hens class of 1971. He joined the US Navy
in 1972. One of Jerrys many passions in life was Basketball, and he found a calling serving as
cottage parent and basketball coach for 21 years at the Boys and Girls Harbor in LaPorte TX, a
home for abused and neglected or private placed children. He not only was a Basketball coach to
countless children but also a coach in life.
Your generous contributions will go directly to the funeral home to cover the costs of memorial
arrangements, and any additional expenses needed to give Jerry a meaningful and respectful
farewell. Every donation, big or small, is a blessing and deeply appreciated as we come together
to celebrate a life well lived.
