On the 28th day of May 2024, God walked into his garden and selected the garden’s most loved flower to take home to be with him, Ms. Jasmine M. Carr. She left this life at Southampton County Memorial Hospital in Franklin, VA, transitioning from labor to love. Jasmine was born January 19, 1990, to Eddie D. Powell and Renee D. Carr in Deweyville, VA. Jasmine leaves to cherish her sweet memories, her two daughters and two sons of Courtland, VA.
