Carl Mack Coffelt, 62, of Clarksburg, MO, passed away at SSM Health St. Mary's in Jefferson City, MO. He was born April 14, 1958, in California, MO, the son of the late Harold Mack and Mary Maxine (Leonard) Coffelt.

He worked at Thomas Ceramics in California, MO; Bassett Bedding in Tipton, MO; Nordyne in Tipton and Booneville, MO and Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO.

Carl enjoyed fishing, playing pool, tending to his yard and gardening, working on his lawnmowers, going for drives, or spending time with his buddies at Charlie Parker's. He also loved just sitting on the front porch swing enjoying a quiet day with a beer in his hand with his dog Bailey, who was a constant companion.

Carl is survived by 1 son, Tommy Hill of Holts Summit, MO; 2 daughters, Susan (Joey) Wilson of Vandalia, MO, and Michelle Coffelt (Sir Patrick) of Gainesville, GA; 3 granddaughters, Sammi (Aaron) Maikai- Moseley of Clarksburg, MO, Loggan Coffelt of Gainesville, GA, Patricia (Skyler) Vaught of Jefferson City, MO; 2 grandsons, Seth Minor of Jefferson City, MO and Alex Wilson of Vandalia, MO; 1 great-grandson, Warner Ryan Maikai of Clarksburg, MO; 3 sisters, Donna Diane Elgin of Sedalia, MO, Linda Lucas of Clarksburg, MO, Leta (James) Gross of California, MO; 1 brother, Dale Coffelt of Clayton, NC; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and special friend Sharon Brayfield of Lamar, MO.

He was also preceded in death by his aunt Edith "Edie" Leonard, niece Debra "Debbie" Gross; 3 brother-in-laws, Lewis Elgin, James Lucas, Jr., and Fred Peters.

The family will receive friends Saturday, February 20, 2021, from 11 AM - 1 PM at Mt. Moriah Baptist in Clarksburg, MO. Memorial Services will follow the visitation at 1 PM with Rev.
