Carl was a veteran. He worked for many years in the construction business. He lived out his final years with his friend and caregiver, Tammy. Tammy has helped to take care of him, and does not have all the funds necessary to lay Carl to rest. The majority of the costs have been paid, but there is a small outstanding balance. Please help Tammy to give due honor to Carl.
